Default Installed "Custom" Plate Light

Took me 30 minutes. Flexible LED light strip.. I hated the stock light, it sucked.

Nice mod, but too much attention for me.

Also, did you get a new plate? I always thought it was EVIL WS6

LOL I know. It's a little brighter in the pics, the camera didn't know wtf to do. But regardless it IS pretty bright. I hate the look of incandescent bulbs.. Makes it look so cheap.

i think it looks good. gives the car a "cleaner" look at night, but damn, you could probably use them for your reverse lights..haha

Looks good! Very bright! With a couple of drinks it could easily be mistaken for a nice bar...

mini write-up,im guessing all you did was cut where the stock bulb was and ran 2 new wires with the strip?

Looks great, Autozone used to carry these and I've seen people add the strips hidden in the engine bay and looks great at shows as well. Do you get a hard time with these "I pimp slap Mustangs" tags? I like them but would be afraid people would do something to my car with one. LOL

I've tried the auto zone lights, they sucked lol. Surprisingly, I haven't gotten anything bad. But oh man, the looks are priceless LOL. I was at a car show, and I backed into a spot between two Foxbody's, with both the owners sitting together behind the cars. I got out and just smiled.. Their cars looked stock so they didn't say a thing, just stared at me LOL.

If I was ever doing anything THAT bad at night, I'd turn the lights off.
