Arrow Cooling fans......Experts come in....

I have electric water pump and slp fan switch.....I heard I should leave the fans running on high when I make my runs....Should I?.......If so, for what benefit?

Thanks in advance...

If it was me i would keep them on to help the car stay cool down the track. Depends on what temp your going to the starting line at. I shoot for 160 no more and run the fans all the way down the track. On the return road i am at almost 190. Hot august days i am hitting almost 200 plus

I too have a switch panel for my manual fans. I can turn on either the low fan or both fans (high and low)

I have the fans on HIGH when running

.

On the Camaro I have an actual open grill and I usually only used the water pump.
The P/M is a sealed nose, there is no air flow, and if I shut off the fans, it overheats immediately.
It won't hurt anything to leave on if your car has stable power for the pass.
