Default Random Cylinder Misfire after cam swap?

Did a cam swap a while back then went a way to school and didn't get to drive the car. First time I drove it after about 15 min of driving it started running rough and was throwing the misfire cel. Most likely spark plugs or something else? Anyone else had this problem?

If the car hasn't been tuned yet it is going to do that. Get it tuned by a reputable tuner and you will be fine.

My cam caused misfires at low engine speeds. I disabled Cylinder Mode Idle Misfire detection by setting all table cells to maximum delay. Problem solved. Medium and high speed misfire detection modes are enabled.
