LOL tonight was funny as hell for me my buddy got done testing his car so i used his helmet and his number on my car on the pump gas tune and no change to the car the way i drove it to the track and went:

60: 1.636
1/8th: 6.90 @ 98.71
1/4: 10.71 @ 127.52

old best on race tune and good gas was
60: 1.635
1/8th : 6.92 @98.52
1/4: 10.76 @ 127.24

good times!! LOL

Congrats on the new best! What were the track conditions like? What tranny/gear are you running? Do you have the chassis setup with any extra good parts?(Sphon TA, Drag Swaybar, etc)

the track was ok at best but thats the way it is all the time! LOl im running a 4l80e with 3:73 gears as far as chassis im stock other then the chassis mount TA and sphon LCAs and SFC

I'm starting to notice, that turbo cars run way harder to the 1/8 mile while trapping the same in the 1/4. Guessing it's just from boost coming in sooner. Congrats on 10.7s on pump gas.

wonder if you were over octaned on race gas...mine is and wont run unless i run it at 12.0+ afr

Congrats Ricky, I'm sure the weather was better. Wait until a nice 55-60 degree, low humidity, 30.3 barometer day comes around. Then put in some good gas and bump the tune a little and you will be pretty happy.

thanks guys!! yeah it was better air cooler was the key i cant wait to get some 50-55 degree days! plus i shoul dbe getting some shocks here real soon, the set up is just a forged 347 9:8:1 D-1 epp cam 4l80 and 8.8 with 3:73 gears
