1986 firebird problems My 1986 Firebird with the 2.8 Liter V6 is having some problems.
It is stalling, hesitating at WOT, runs great doing a 55-60, but hesitates on passing gear.
Sometimes it runs great.
We have replaced the plugs,cap and rotor, plug wires, fuel filter, o2 sensor, got the fuel injectors cleaned at a shop, and got a new gas cap.
We replaced the fuel pump in feb. of this year, but we think it may be a defective fuel pump.
If anyone can shed some light on this situation id appreciate it, thanks.
