Hey guys.. having problems removing the 8mm bolt in the diff.. is there a trick or what?.. I have attempted to loosen the bolt, but the head is starting to round off..

Is it a standard right hand thread ?

thanks for any tips...

1/4" wrench. 6 point end. Wack it good with a hammer. Should loosen right up. Lefty loosey.

Yeah. That little pin/bolt can be a bitch. I have gotten all the ones I tried by exercising patience.

Ok guys.. got it loose. Had to use a six point 5/16" socket (1/4" drive). I originally didn't want to do that because I thought I would end up breaking the 1/4" racket drive, had to tap it on due to the head getting rounded from my earlier attemps to get it loose.. But with a few good taps, it came loose.

Do you know were I can get a new bolt.. is it a Dealer only item or who sells them.??

Thank guys.
