hpe is ****!!! they have so many complaints, law suits, they rip people off all the time, and quality is poor. check out some of the complaints on the viper forums its scary how they can charge so much for something so cheap and looks like a 3rd grader did it.

You are sugarcoating the nightmares DB. Best thing is to go to the Viper Club of America http://forums.viperclub.org/index.php site and do some research. I have a buddy here who also owns a Viper-Nineball from Texas. I am sure he might have some of the stories
