I've been wondering the same thing. the piping wont work for the V since the radiator setup is different, also wondering about the rotation. another one I've wondered about is the GTO procharger, this one looks even closer...

I assume its pretty difficult, hence why EPP only did in house installs for a while. They did offer a DIY kit for less money but it looks to be a lot of customization to runt he piping.

I do believe EPP used the GTO kit originally, and yes, there is a bit of customizing...
I will be doing this over the winter here... Was originally going to use a F1a head unit, but now im not to sure... D1SC vs F1A ... F1A has more cutting/welding of the strut tower to feed the inlet.

For the head unit...
you want one that is standard rotation if im not mistaken, with the outlet pointing DOWN on the LEFT side when looking at it from the front of the car (to go down between the motor and the strut tower) bolted to the drivers side... inlet facing the firewall.

take good notes! I would like to do the D1 myself but we just had the heads done and I would like to keep them for a while before I need boost friendly heads. If you are able to manipulate the GTO kit fairly easy I may go that route as well

I have quite a few of these installs shown in the project car section of my website. The kit I offer requires you to come up with your own intercooler assembly. The intercooler plumbing isn't all that difficult to route if you have the car in front of you. Here is a link to the CTS-V ProCharger kit that I sell. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1855 Bob

i think the f1 will be too much power for me at this time, but if u can put a d1 kit //cts-v brakets,pulleys,d1 procharger, bov, procharger hat,filter,ect...///
i will buy the kit, lets me know what u can do,and no need of the intercooler kit,i will make my own

power depends on what bolt ons you have, the tune(conservative or risky), what kind of boost you wanna test the motor with. id guess mid to high 400s hp wise on average but EPP would know better.

8 psi of boost with wither the D-1SC or the F-1A is going to give you an approx 140 rwhp increase of power on our conservative Mustang Chassis Dyno. The link here has the price differences. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1855 Here is our fully installed D-1SC price. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com....html?item=434

If you have a built engine then I would go with the F-1A. Here is a dyno sheet from Bob Johnson's CTS-V at just 12.4 psi of boost.

Thanks, let me know if you have any questions. Bob
