Default Need a raw .bin

Tried a search and had no luck. I blanked out 4 PCMs. I got a programmer to bring them back from the dead but I don't have a .bin to load onto the chips. Can somebody help me out. I use EFI Live, so the files I have are encrypted. I need a raw bin.

Also If anyone knows were/how I need to put the ID in there so that I can use the licenses that I burnt on these that would be great.

just about any osid should work but no etc. Reason I need it is mainly for the boot portion of the chip, the calibrations don't matter because once I get the pcm booting up again, I'll recalibrate it with EFI LIVE. Maybe throw a couple my way so I can fumble through.

pcm is 12200411
Thanks

any advise on the reprogramming? I'm using a willem and so far no luck. Chip is programmed fine and verifies ok but the pcm still is dead.

For example, do I need to set an offset or invert the data?

Am I on the right track reprogramming the 28F400 flash chip to bring my pcms back or should I be looking somewhere else?
