Default Anyone having problems with FAST92 Intake because of the coolant line??

Been seeing alot more posts with people saying they are having problems with the back #7 and #8 on their motors when they have the FAST 92 Intake on because of the coolant line. Does everyone who has a FAST 92 intake having the same problems? Is it worth even putting it on? I've got my original LS6 intake on my 2001 LS1 motor and I have a FAST 92 intake and TB ready to go on but if to many people are having problems with it , might not be worth it. Just looking for some feedback. Thanks

You cant have a 4 corner coolant crossover with the FAST intake. It says it in the instructions. You have to have block offs on the back and a crossover in the front, like all newer LS engines.

Yup, I put the 92 on mine, and got that surprise that you have to run the LS6 coolant tube, and the plugs on the back of the heads. There is more,,,,The intake comes with pan head bolts for the valley, and inst. tell you if your knock sensor wiring harness has the wire loom (tubing around the wires) to remove it also and allow the wires to run flat on the valley(I actually taped my to the valley) All of this means one thing, the fast intake sits very close to the valley, Is that a problem? Not if you read the directions, Personally from what we pay for these, dont take any chances and do like the inst. say. As far as does the manifold out perform the LS6,,,,No question about it. YES Noticably on my car.
