hay guys im trying to get my car ready for the 10.50 index class how hard is the tech at these races?

Those NMCA/LSX guys are real reasonable, they will ask you questions and as long as your car does not look like it was put together in the back of a trailer park by a kid wielding a hammer and roll of ductape they won't pull out the magnifying glass.

Yeah, but make sure you have all that you are required to by the NHRA for your E.T. and speed(cage, ds loop, etc.)

Make sure you have.
6 point roll bar with padding to protect the driver
flame proof jacket
long pants
5 point harness up to date
snell aproved helment up to date
drive shaft saftey loop
neutral safety switch that works
battery kill switch out side of vehicle if battery is relocated

below 11.50 you need a single layer jacket, 13.50 if it is a vert.

Not sure if it is nhra but at my track, any car with a power adder that did not come with it is required to have a single layer at any et above 11.50

under 10.0, lot more rqueirements
