Default New 315's. Clearance question

I just put 315s on. I did a BFH mod so they fit without rubbing anything.

However, the BACKSIDE of the tire is VERY close to a section of the wheel well. I can hardly fit a piece of cardboard in between the tire and wheel well. Hard to describe, but the part of the wheel well that is close is the front side of the wheel well, closest to the engine.

I went over several bumps and couldn't get the tire to ever rub the wheel well.

Is this clearance ok?

When its dry outside put some chalk on the inside of the tire. Drive around, hit some bumps, try your hardest to get it to rub. If there is no chalk on the wheel well, and your tire is still white, (pink, baby blue, purple whatever color you chose) then you know that you are fine.

You can feel/hear it if the tire grinds.
