You first have to have the pic hosted on the net somewhere, then you just use the link with IMG tags around it, and I think it has to be it .jpg form, though not sure on that.

Or the new option is to attach it from your computer.
When writing your reply or new thread (in advance mode)
click on manage attachments. You can then click browse
to go through the folders on your computer to find the file.
Once you find it, click add this file, and then done.
The file will be uploaded to the server and will be part of
your post :)

let me give it a shot
