Default Century Transmission

Just got my car back from those guys(2000A4). Man does this transmission shift hard and firm. Great customer satifaction awesome sevice. It was alot of money to spend but I believe it was worth it.

Good to hear. What stage did you get? How long have they been around? I've been thinking about going with them too, but I don't want another TCS scenario either.

I went with the street strip trans. They are all put together the same and are backed by a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty. Its good for 550hp+ @ the wheels. He has been in the industry 22 years and has had his new facility for 3 years.

Well it looks like a combination of 400 rwhp, a sticky HRP, -900 DA, 315 Nitto's, & 30500 miles sort of fricasseed my stock 4L60E. Guess I will try to herd it the 50 or so miles over to Century Transmissions in Richmond. Hope I didn't hurt the Yank SS3600.
Does anyone know about what length of time it takes them to get a tranny rebuilt and me back on the road again?

get the yank cleaned and refreshed for 150 bucks... u will be sorry if u dont. might have clutch material floating in the TC could eat ur new trany if u dont get it cleaned out

Took mine over there friday and had it back on wed but it was done on tuesday. They arent open on weekends. They also have a shop that went through my vig3200 to check it out.
