AFR not scanning

AFR not scanning I cannot get my AFR #s on the HPTuners computer scan to agree with my innovate hand held and the onboard AFR gauge. I have hooked it up using the white wire on #1 and ground on #5.
The odd thing is that although the hand held and mounted gauges seem to read correctly, the scan on HP doesn't vary more than approx. .6 (example 14.2-14.8)
What can I do to get the scan read accurately so I can start turning
