Wonder what there fuel bill is for a hour of runtime. I remember reading about another boat like this and they keep having to rebuild the turbines because the salt water was eating the bearings and compressor blades out of them. $$$$$$$

Owner paid $1.35M USD a couple years ago (when the dollar was good) when that boat was built. Turbines were $400,000 each including installation.

Its one baller-*** theme boat.

Fire suppression most likely. Halon maybe? You couldn't hold enough spray to feed a gas turbine engine and it wouldn't be of much use either as a gas turbine's power limitations is not the availability of air inside the combustion chamber.

I've got a TPE-331-1 Turbine engine that uses 50-Gallons of Jet A an hour at flight idle. That boat has to go through at least 100-Gallons an hour.
