LS7 Lifters with Pushrods question Hello,
I'm in progress to collect my parts to install Tsunami Camshaft on My Camaro SS 2001
I have all parts with me now ( Camshaft , Dual Springs , Oil pump with double roller , SLP pushrods 7.400 length )
I'm asking if the LS7 lifters will work fine with pushrods length of 7.4 ?
If not I have already purchase the pushrods .. if there is any aftermarket lifters that will work fine with the pushrods

the ls7 lifters are deffo longer overall. i had to drop 0.025 on pushrod length to get the preload right. the engine sounded ok tho (quieter!) on the slightly too long pushrods i'd used previously with stock ls1 lifters, but moving to slightly shorter pushrods has made the preload right and hasnt increased valvetrain noise much.

As always, and especially when you've got this many variables in the mix, you'll want to measure! It's a $20 investment that can save you more than that the first time you have to pay to ship pushrods back and forth!
