Default cam in a stock ls1

I have a 2002 camaro ss m6 with 100,000. Is it possible to put this cam in without anything else:

Or should I just wait and get this head and cam package with the torquer v.2 cam and timing chain and oil pump:

Also will these heads and cam work well on a daily drivin 383 stocker ls1

thanks,
john

You should definately do lifters, oil pump, timing chain, and of course valve springs with that mileage on a cam swap.

I will go one further with a 100K on the clock a compression test is in order IMO. I would do option number two it is better and safer, you'll save more money down the road.
