anyone else popped a long line?
I apparently didn't secure the long line under the car very well and it dragged a hole in it.
the rubber was good, the braided SS was gone in about a 2" section.
So I figure what the hell, it's not going to hurt anything if it pops when I open the bottle, and it will just go super rich if I'm spraying on it and it goes.
The INSTANT I opened the bottle and the line filled - POP. Sounded like a gun going off.
So just another thing standing in the way of me spraying on the new LS2.
This happened to anyone else?
No more zip-ties under the car for me, going to get clips to screw into the underside of the car and mount the line SECURELY so it doesn't move and more importantly doesn't drag.
Just thought it was funny and thought I'd share.

It's almost directly in the center of the line. I can get a new one for $50 so I'm straight on just buying another one.
I need to worry about a bottle pressure gauge in the car as well as a few other gauges and my factory ones are not working like they should

Yea you guessed it, not supposed to handle pressure without support. lol I'm sure that was an fun experiment. I would keep the line on the outside of the car, just use some more secure fasteners. We have little rubber clamps that you can use instead of zip ties.
