carpet dye? my carpet is looking a bit on the gray side instead of the black i wish it would be. is there a dye or something i could use to darken it? or i would just have to buy new carpet?

i would think the easiest way would be to remove it or atleast take the seats out/ panels so you can get everything dyed/painted. I'm thinking about doing this (should have done it when i did my sound deadener).

I would just replace the carpet, I have been doing car interiors for over 8 years, the only thing dye is good for would be for doing molded trims, dash, etc. Carpet is a heavy wear item and rattle can dye isnt going to hold up

how hard is it to put the carpet back in and how is all the trim put back in i know how to take it off but i already have a couple pieces of trim that is not snapped back in place
