Tuning help
rebuilding a new motor for my turbo camaro
forged 347, 317 heads, cam, ls6 intake, stock throttle body, 60lb injectors, dual pumps, map referenced fpr, 76 mm turbo
I have efi live and wideband with a speed density tune recalibrated for the 60lb injectors on the pcm now. I also want to copy and paste a stock ve and spark table onto my tune so i can start from scratch, and re-sensitise th knock sensors hopefully.
My last forged forged motor lasted 1500 miles without even beating on it, ended with a cracked cylinder wall, maybe it had something to do with the guy who tuned it. This is why i want to start fresh.
when I put the motor in it want to be able to get it running.
should i bump the idle up to 950-1000 to get it started and then correct the ve table to get my commanded afr
