Default C6 Wheel Spacers and Lowering Front End.

Ok currently I have 19"x10" in the back and 18" up front.

Well I don't like the staggered look so I'm gonna go with 19"x10" all around with 1.5" spacers in the back and 1.25" up front. Similar to this (hope the owner doesn't mind):

I am looking for spacers but can't find any hub centric ones where did you guys get yours? Price?

Also I have eibach pro springs and they didn't settle much at all I was going to do the heater hose mod in the rear. Is there something I could do to get a little more in the front? Here's more pics of what I'm working with:

Also I couldn't find any TA's with 19's all around so I photoshop'd mine at current ride heightwith 19's on all fours, this its my first photoshop so don't hate, lol:

and one slammed cause I think it looks cool. I am not looking to lower the car this much but it was fun making it:

just search on the internet for our 5X4.75 offset and you can find them but i just dont like those hubcentrics...especially with open spokes like that you could see the whole spacer it would look pretty interesting plus 3/4 of the whole forum is going to tell you not to haha

I think your thinking of a spacer like I said, but I mean more of the adapter that actually bolts on to the studs and gives you new studs, lol. Hard to explain, but I don't think those are that bad for your car. I think the spacers are bad because you are not threading the lugnut far enough onto the stud. But the adapters fix that problem. Plus I think I'm the only one on here that has the C6 wheel on there car with only a 5/8" spacer on the rear. It just barely fits with no rubbing. However if you corner hard enough the car leans onto the wheel. Thats why I want to get some adapters.

no i know exactly what your talking about they are called hub adapters...they are still not good for the stock studs anyways because now it is hanging the wheel plus the adapter off..and i used to have c6 wheels with the 5/8 spacers so its not a big deal. just had to do the bfh mod a bit and it was all good..now have 315's so no worries now

I dont think the adapters look that bad. Heres another one from the same guy (once again I hope he doesn't mind):

Any ways to lower the front a bit, maybe 3/4". That would be even with the heater hose mod.

I don't mind at all...I'm not sure, but I THINK I was the first to do 19x10 C6's all the way around on my black Z28. However, the ride on a 30 series tire was so rough, I'm now back on 18x9.5 C5 Z06 rims with 275/35/18...I WAS running 275/30/19's on when I had the C6's. I liked the look, but the ride was rough...especially with the Pro-Kit!

True. I think I'm just used to having an extremely low profile. I've always had at least a 30 series. Has anyone put a 35 series up front I would love some pictures. I just bought some two used 19" wheels for the front. One of them was $50 of eBay the other went for $109 I was pumped!!! I think it would fill out the fender well better if I had 285/35/19 all around. Anybody do it or will the front rub?

Also what about the ABS? Ive heard it might throw the light. Anybody run 285/35R19s? I know one person has to. It just like an extra inch over the stock diameter, right?
