How important is it to get RLB after installing lowering springs? will an aftermarket adjustible torq arm suffice? May be dumb question but I like doing my own mods and I dont have a welder and have no welding skills as of yet

Fairly important. The LCA geometery is all wrong after the car is lowered.

You can get bolt on relocation brackets too . . . .
