Gen 5 Camaro Suspension Tech - dumb question...26" tire for track

if I drop to 26" tires on the back at the track, can I just tell my programmer the tire size change? Or is that gonna screw stuff up with the fronts still having the stock 20s?
I figured just bolting them on would throw all kinds of abs and traction control codes.
