Default Decisions on tires or wheels or what

Ok, here's the deal. My rims are painted snowflakes...look fine..ish. but offer little traction with my full exhaust. the tires are bald now. I need new tires. Soooo I started looking at some Oewheels 17/18combos with the 295s in the back. I want more traction! I just was at the strip cut a 2.5 60ft haha ran a 13.5@111 cause these tires are bald and I had to let out in 2nd some because of the spin from the shift, previous trips when the tires were new netted a 2.2 sixty with a 13.2@108 before headers. HERE ARE MY OPTIONS

1. Buy new 245s cheap ones...and just roll around on them and pick up some extra 16's and buy some DR's for them.(totals close to $1000 all said and done)

2. Buy some Oewheels 17/18 and rock those. how many miles would I get out of a set? (im concerned because im not rich and know you cannot rotate these...)(totals $1200 for the ones i want)

3. Buy some Oewheels 17/17 set and rock those with 275s.(800bux?)

I know i just need a 2.2 again to hit 12's out here....and i want 12's OH so bad. So which option would you guys recommend me running thats going to get my goals? i want to cut a decent 60ft 2.0 yet not want to worry about snapping my rear haha. would the 275s get me it?! would the 295s?! I can drive the car I just need some more traction. I really like the look of the Matte Black DD C5s...

Just a heads up that we only have about 12 pcs of the 18x10.5 in the matte back left in stock at the moment. The sizing we carry may help you on your decision. You can always call and talk to one of our sales technicians who can give you the available sizing on each wheel, and talk to you about tire package pricing as well.

Good Luck.

do you think having 17's in matte black all around (so i can rotate them) would give me some decent traction on the street, and then I can keep my old rims and get a set of street radials on those for the track?(future, since this would require me saving more money up)
