Built 4l80e toasted
My trans took a dump on me yesterday outta nowhere. Made two wot pulls and it worked perfect. After that a friend and I were working on the car and ended up leaving the #2&4 plug wires unpluged. I drove the car like this for about 6-8 miles before I realized they were still unhooked. (this is when I first noticed the slipping) I then pluged them back in and it worked better for a couple miles then nothing at all.
Has anyone had a tranny do fine then quit outta the blue. Or could the unhooked plugs had somthing to do with it.

Only cruised home, with no light but I didn't scan it to check either. I was thinking maybe limp mode as well but this thing is toast it won't even try to move the car at all now. The stall is a pro yank and has been tight as hell around town untill you go wot so it's not just the stalled auto feel. Tranny fluid has a bad burnt smell also.
I'm just trying to figure out why it was fine untill the plug mishap and if that's what could have caused it. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a build issue as the transmission has worked fine since we put it in around 4k miles ago.

Could anyone tell me if "limp mode"could affect line pressure enough to cause the trans to either slip from lack of pressure or fail do to too much pressure and cause my slipping problem.
The car has a procharged 370 with a ms4 cam and I'm running a pro yank 3600 if that matters.
