Default shop owners labor hours for shortblock

just curious..Lets say I have a short block ans want to install it..How many hours am I looking at? Basically I'm wanting to put a 408 inplace of my 346 and just reuse my TSP 5.3 heads..Ofcoarse it will have a larger cam such as a texas giant, but lets say I supply new cam and short block and want to swap it out..What am I looking at hours wise

thanks
john
