Default 02 z28 swapping in a 03 denali 6.0

Alright guys i have a few quick ?s for yall. Always gotten good help from ya. I have my 02 z28 automatic, Im swapping my 5.7 to a 6.0 I jus came on to a killer deal for a 6.0 out of a 03 denali. Can I just pull my 5.7 out an drop this 6.0 in without tuning it for the 6.0 for the moment? Also ive heard about reluctors not being the same or something an the engine wont run right. Will it match up in my car as for the reluctor on the crank? I dont want to get it in there an have problems with it. Thanks guys for any help. Also would this be a lq4 or lq9?

The reluctor wheels are the same. Its an 03 they didn't change those until 06. 03 is still a gen III so it should be a direct swap, I say should because I haven't done it personally. Hell the first of the gen IV still had 24x reluctor. I'd still tune it but other than that it should be pretty straightforward.

Its a turbo car. So I really just want to keep the engine stock on the cam,, Had a turbo 6.0 in my 4300pound truck an was killer so my vert at 3500 with me in it should be fun
