Ok so I am trying to upgrade my intake manifold and i was wondering what will work with the 317 heads. I was looking at a LS2 intake manifold and was wondering if that would fit. I am also looking at others but I really don't know much about the 317 heads. What would be the L92 or L70somthing heads are those 317's or what? I need help so I can get rid of my stock LS1 set-up. Thanks ahead of time guys

317 heads are a LSX head so the ls1, ls6, ls2, and the fast intake will fit.

317 ae cathedral port, same intake port as LS2/6 with larger larger chamber.
the ls6 intake is the best oe intake for these heads.

You could use an ls6, good for the money of use a fast 90/92 intake.They both work good.

okay thanks guys, but the reason I was asking is because I am boosted and needed more airflow cuz I am on the stock LS1 manifold, so I was curious about what would fit but dammit all I have to get one with a EGR because of emissions in my state so I may have to get a fast 90/90 or try the 102

okay I just looked into the FAST 102 and I see that they have ones for the LS7 and the LS3/L92, would one of these work with the 317 heads?
