Gen 5 Camaro Power-Adder Tech - 1000hp 2010 Camaro!!!

Just started making some baseline dynos on our latest 2010 camaro build. Car is already making over 1000hp on 14lbs of boost. I believe the 1/4 record is a 10.8 for now. We should finish up tuning and take her to the track next weekend to try and set the record. Here is one of our dyno vids!

Slightly misleading. Most people on here talk in terms of rwhp; I've noticed some shops advertise cars in terms of flywheel power.

Is that an F1R? 427ci??

When you guys make pulls with the a6's, which gear do you use as there is not a "direct drive"? I assume whatever tuning program you use compensates for this?

Is this the car that sat on the dyno at the shootout forever? I never saw it make a run but it looked just like this one and I have about 4 videos of it just sitting there idling before i just walked off lol

Yes, that would be the one. We were having TB issues that kept us from tuning it at the track and running it in Memphis. As soon as we got back to the shop we replaced the TB and fixed all of our problems. We will finish tuning on it this week and hit the track this weekend in hopes to be the worlds quickest and fastest 2010 camaro in the world!!:eek2:

1000 hp should have that covered.

I've been wondering where all the FI cars have been, all you see is dyno and street driving videos but no track times. 10.80 should be long gone with the turbo and procharged 2010's.

very nice!! i saw the car at the track bitch is crazy fast. if you ran faster than a 10.20 which im sure you did, you would have a record seperate from the guy that ran 10.20's already i beleive.. its a stock bottom end motor that came with the car vs the 427 cubic inch F1 procharged motor that you guys have!

The new pulleys havent come in yet. heck we cant even get it to hook up 1st thru 3rd with 14lb of boost. putting another 200rwhp on at this point is just adding more problems.

I tend to agree with just speaking in terms of RWHP.

Flywheel HP sells cars (or products and services in this case), but is otherwise meaningless.
