I decided to go a different route with my Pro stars NOW WITH PICS ON THE CAR.

I had the powder coated gloss black

And I ditched my Nitto Drag Radials For some mickey thompsons

And installed

nice make sure to post pics when you get them on the car i have summit stars that i wanted to powdercoat black because my cars red and i have a red and black theme

looks good, but how is the paint on the lugs gonna stay? Once torqued down wont they chip?

Well I have seen them all without the centers and lugs done and they look stupid. I am going for the all blacked out look.

Im not sure yet. Im going to use a shop towel in the 4 way to make sure I dont chip the wheels.

Im going to put the fronts on tonight. I still need to grind the center of the backs out, so the new style caps will fit. Ill take some pictures of the fronts tonight.

Well after having alot of trouble with the lugs not wanting to go into holes. I had to grind down the ends of each lug and grind the center of all 5 lug holes. I was only able to get one on. Anyways here is a sneak peak. Sorry my camera wont take clear pictures tonight. Its really dark.
