99 WS-6 into 94 V-6 droptop

picked up a 99 WS-6, R/A, A-4 and want to swap it into a 94 3.4 Camaro droptop. Anyone got a complete grocery list on what I need to remove off the donor car?
Will the cluster from the 99 work in the 94?
