12 Second Club - Car is about to come out , goal 12.5 or better

been putting alot of time and effect into this car. Car pretty much did a 180 from when i bought it (previous owner was a fool) and after getting some of my bills straight im finally going to bust out the z28 and hit the track.

my goal is to hit 12.5 or better in a 6 speed, a full weight car (car has all options) with nittos dr's that have about 6 more passes.

the only mods i got are
longtube headers, off road y pipe, DynoMouth catback
slp intake
slp smooth bellows
free mods
bmr lcas
bmr subframe connector
bmr panhard rod
bmr sway bar
aluminum driveshaft
walbro 255
and no front sway bar

what you guys think what time i should run with these mods, power-shifting the sucker dont the 1/4 mile

I think you'll be in the high 12s....get a tune and an adj. T/A and you will get 12.5s.

yea i know i will hit 12s just i see stock or just catback and intake ls1's hit high 12s, so i was hoping to at least hit 12.5 or even better.

im get a tune by speed inc pretty soon, want to do ms4 cam/heads this winter but before that i want to see what this sucker will do with just intake, exhaust and some susp. mods

Let us know what you run! I would say 13.0 to 13.5 with those mods. But I have been wrong before:(H/C should put you low to mid 12's

yea depends on what h/c setup. i plan on doing ms4 cam so im hoping for 11s with that. but i think i should be far from 13.5 and under 13.0.

stock or just catback with intake ls1s ran 12.9/12.8 so i got my fingers crossed i can do better than that

wow some slow predictions in this thread... Assuming you can drive and get pretty good traction 12.5's aren't out of question at all.. Heads and cam, I would be embarrassed If I wasn't running at least mid 11's. I plan to go 11.9x bolt-on only with my M6 Z...

anyway, yea very low predictions in this thread.
i wonder if they are talking about lt1s???
12.5 is possible, but probably harder than you think in an m6. it seems like you really have to work to get those times in m6s. ha.
