Default Do FI apps require different lifters than NA?

Could not find an exact thread on this, so basically will an LS7 lifter hold up in the 800rwhp range? I was going to go with the GMPP (CTS-VR) lifters but had read alot about them failing. THANKS!

The LS7 lifters would do alright many people use them and i am one of them. The GMPP does sound like a stronger lifter but I have no experience with them because i am still using the LS7's. Try calling Speedinc or EPP and see what they say.

I have the stock 5.3 lifters in mine. Work just great and have for 3 years. I would think your cam and springs would have more to do with it, FI wouldnt.
