Default 0 vaccuum

Not sure if this is the right section but I just got my car tuned for the new turbo setup and now it won't start. Well it will start about once every 30 tries. My gauge is showing zero vaccuum at startup and it's not deviating. It was doing this when it was on the dyno as well and my tuner said it was strange, because the map sensor was showing zero as well.

Why is my motor not pulling any vaccuum to start??

Does it seem to run fine once you do get it started?

Whenever it does start (rarely now) it is running great at wot, part throttle still needs some tweaking but if I can get it started I'll get that sorted out.

The times it was doing it on the dyno the map wasn't reading anything with the key on/engine off. My tuner said it was the weirdest thing he has seen and didn't have any idea why all of a sudden it was doing it.

Find this problem, and correct B4 you go further.

Yeah, the map and my gauge both (which are independent of each other) were reading zero at the same time.

It's a new sensor but it may be bad and the wiring from what I can tell looks ok, I'm going to play around with it a little today and see if I can come up with anything. Cross your fingers....
