If it had a WS9 and W66, then it would be a formula. But since it has a WS9 and a Y82. That means it is a Trans Am. If you don't see it a WS6 code, then its just a regular Trans Am.

All V8 Firebirds are Formulas...then you can opt for a Trans Am option. On all my TAs the title even says Formula.

No, the hood was added...and yes, Trans Ams have wheels...16s just like you said you have. WS6s have 17s.

Here is a breakdown of the option codes:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/9373739-post2.html
https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-ls1-o...m-history.html
https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-ls1-o...questions.html

I found those just by copy-and-pasting one of your option codes into the search field. Yes, the search on this site works.

Chances are good that the hood is an aftermarket hood as a factory ws6 hood was and still is quite expensive, well over $1000. The best bet is to take pics and post them making sure to take close pictures of the nostril areas as well as the underside.

You have a T/A w/ a WS.6 hood, could be OEM (swapped) or aftrermarket fiberglass. Either way, spell check is always recommended.
