Default Factory F body Fuel Rail with lq4 coil packs?

I just realized that the factory F body fuel rail inlet runs right smack in the middle of one of the coil pack plugs on my lq4.....can i use f body coil packs on a lq4 or are the connections different?....I dont want to spend the money on aftermarket rails but i dont really know what else to do.....i believe most of them feed from the back....?

Any suggestions?

Thanks
