id just show them on the bottle where it says "non-flamable gas"

i had to prove to my auto tech teacher that it wasnt flamable once by aiming the bottle at his face and cracked the valve open with a lit lighter in front of it... scared the hell out of him but after that he realized that its non flamable lol.

I lost a car to Fire and it had a 15lb Bottle in it and the Insurance guy didnt say anything about it....

Second to last picture. Look in the trunk, it's not going to be a pretty blue bottle, it's charred black now. You can see it tilted about 45 degrees up in the air with the metal strap.

Yes, it is non-flam. Its an oxidizer which means it increases the rate of oxidation reactions and combustion is an oxidation reaction.
