Default question about TFS 225

Hi , my cousin bought TFS 225 heads can he install the heads on LS1 bottom end ? because heads bore is 4.000 and the ls1 bore is 3.905

As long as you use a 4.0" bore gasket you'll be fine.

Don't forget that people use AFR 225's on 3.900" bore engines and they have a 4.100" bore chamber.

can we mill the TFS 225 to 60 or 59 cc ?

what size valves? arent you running them too close to the walls?

Yep, no problem.

Not at all, the TFS 225's only have 2.055" and 1.570" valves, the AFR 225 for example are 2.080"/1.600".

I hate to hi jack but its along the lines with the op post:

Anyway what is the down side to running TFS 225 vs 215 on a 346 C.I.
Do you lose low end TQ by doing so?
I thought about moving up to Trickflos 215 but thought what happens when I move up in C.I then I'd regret not having the 225..So jsut curious how the 225 will respond on a 346 vs the 215 heads
