MAF relocation Is it better to place the MAF behind the airbridge in front of the throttle body like the '97-01 C5 and C6 MAF placements or is it better to place it right by the air intake in front of the airbridge like on the '02-04 C5s?? Any performance differences either way???

No real performance gains from a HP perspective, but you get more accurate air flow readings with the MAF in front of the TB, and subsequently some better throttle response. Will you "feel" the difference? Most likley no.
