My Father owns both of these buildings and we frequently drive up to these places. The North Side spot is where my sister lives and the South Side spot, we live about 5 minutes away. The North Side spot is near Kedzie and Diversey. This garage is inside a gate with an alarm on the garage door. I have another spot on the South Side near Harlem and 63rd St (where I'll be storing my Trans Am :D )
Lemme know if you are interested!

Wow, that's affordable.
Is the northside spot a single car garage, or would you be sharing access with another car?

It's a two car-garage that doesn't get used at all. My sister likes to park her car outside. I have been storing my car there for the past 3 years but this time around I will be storing it near me on the south side.

There is an alarm on the door that will warn my sister of a break in. On top of that, it's fenced in. In order to access the garage door you need to open the unlock the fence which swings open large enough to pull in two cars. It's not a small fence, it's about 6 feet high and encloses the entire garage and extends to the side of the house (this house is a corner of the block house so try to envision it) where it meets up with a roughly 20 ft high fence to enclose the basketball court.
Are they heated?
No, they are not heated.
