Default PCM - acting weird?

A few weeks ago my passenger side electrical connection to the plug coils got disconnected. So I reconnected the cable and the car ran great for a couple of weeks....

Yesterday the car started missing again and I got an engine check light. After awhile, however, it stopped acting up and ran OK... ...the engine check light stayed on, however...

I'll have to run the auto tap analysis (OBD 2 software) again to see what codes are being thrown....

Question: If the coil plug is OK, does this sound like a PCM problem...?

I tuned the car with Edit a few months ago and made some very minor adjustments...

I would want to know what code (s) was set.
Is there something wrong with that coil connector?

i think the clip that holds it together broke... I'll have to check but it acted like a classic case of ignition failure....not sure why it stopped and now drives OK, however...
