Default Air to water intercooler for twins

Does anyone make a air to water setup for twin turbos? Or is my only choice to get two of them? Since my car won't be done this season anymore I'm thinking about changing it over from air to air before I regret it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

It's pretty easy to set up an custom A2W with 2 inlets and 1 outlet, but most of the pre-built ones come with one inlet. You could use a Y before the inlet if you have space. Using 2 of them just adds to the plumbing and weight and should be avoided unless you have no other option.
