What's helped me is you need to have a LONG first gear (just play with it). Then you launch near redline, keep the same pressure until it hooks and go full throttle (mess with the first gear until it doesn't spin the tires when you go full throttle). Rear suspension near stock, soft on all front suspension settings. Tire pressure between 28-31 on the rear.
I have a tune on my storefront for trans am that runs a consisten 11.0-11.1 that is very easy. I also have one that does a 10.7-10.8, but it takes some practice to be consistent. They are under B3wbz.
Best I've had so far (in a rwd front engine car) is a 10.6 in a Foxbody

That's the best I could do with the SS. I did get the wheels barely an inch off the ground but my dumbass decided not to take a pic, figured I could do it again and then when I tried again...FAIL.
I have other pics but Forza is having problems or something, cause only 2 pics show up under my account and they mention maintenance.

You need to tinker with suspension to get a decent launch.
It's not going to hook up the way you'd expect it to.
Also, getting your car to wheelie is not the best suspension setup.
Mess with the suspension settings to see what positively effects the benchmark results and go from there.

I would love to start experimenting, but I honestly have no clue what half the suspension **** does or which way to go with it to do what.
I'm such a nub.
We need a tutorial on what does what.
I don't want a handout, I want to learn.
