Default Kyle's KY-Turbo Tube Header T4 Hot Parts "Non A/C"

I am sure Kyle wont mind me posting a little teaser of what is heading his way. A while back he ordered a 6.0L manifold setup with a TC78. That setup was recently sold to fund his new Tube headers setup. 304L Stainless 1 3/4 headers, 3" Charges Pipe, and 3" DP for the TC78. This is following the same rule as his 6.0L manifold setup. Simple effective. NO A/C. The primary size on the headers and the 3" Charge pipe are a little on the over kill side of things. Hell with he new T4 91mm that is now available we wanted to be sure there was plenty of growing room with just a simple DP change.

Enjoy the pic’s.

For what it is worth. The Up coming A/C setups will follow the same basic design.

definately nice craftsmanship, but I personally would've used 2.5" piping....

The kit will indeed fit the new T4 91mm unit. Should be a beast kit from 76 to 91 for almost anyone that wants a solid well built street kit. Not some chinese cloned kit. Excellent work Josh. Make sure somebody doesn't buy this kit and clone it too....lol

For the A/C it looks like you could just turn thte turbo 180° and send the downpipe down the driver's side since you are using the turbo k-member.
Beutiful work as usual. I wish I had the means to look into this; but when my motor blew last year I built a hot N/A set up since it looks like I will never get around to the turbo world.

What's Pictured is roughly $2500 + the ride.
Headers alone roughly $1200 + the ride.

Contact myself or Derek@KY-Turbo if interested.

I run bigger with 1 3/4 Primary on the headers and 3" on the Charge pipe for growing room and to stream line the T4 and T6 setups with similar parts. With the Airflow that is afforded with LS1 Heads and the efficiency the LS1 engine have I have not see a huge drop in power from 2.5" to 3". I have done alot of testing on this.

The A/C setup will rotate the Turbo 180* and send the DP out the drivers side, that is exactly right.

Imitation is the biggest form a flattery. Karma is a Bitch. I have a unique way for swinging Karma one way or another in this industry .

Why does no one ever route the WG back into the downpipe. Do you guys like that sound? It is a plumbing issue? Seems like you could do it easily there...

Kyle wanted it vented to atmosphere. Less chance of having boost creep issues. I typicaly on go back to the DP when requested. I like the sound of an open WG.

So, it's just eye candy? It looks great, but if there is no difference, then I'd prefer to spend the extra money on the turbo, and intercooler. Keep up the great work.
