Default Stroker ls1

I have to do a rebuild on ls1 and am considering upgrading to a stroked bottom end. In my previous work on the motor I have always modded with the idea that I would go with a bigger cube motor.
So far I have
AS stage 2 heads
42 lbs injectors with upgraded fuel pump
Fast 90/90
pistons have been replaced but stock rods and crank
My questions are the heads suitable
the flow sheet is
in ex
200 144 117
300 202 158
400 255 196
500 293 213
600 313 226

The car is going to be a street cruiser so I'm not interested in revving to the moon just want that extra torque in the bottom end to make it more drivable with the 347 gear.

I also have an ATI super dampner, will that work with a stroked motor?
What are the advantages of going with a higher end crank that has less weight. Would this help with bearing life?
Is the 4" stroke the max without doing some serious machining?

im doing a 4.1" stroke, 3.905 bore and 6.125 rods to give me a 393ci, and i was told there is no extra machining for the stroke by eagle.
