Single Digit Club - Finally got in the 9's! pt88, 370ci, th400

On about 19psi, went 9.77@143 on a 1.53 60'. Went 6.34@114 to the 1/8th. Stats on my car are, Solid-Tech single turbo kit, pt88, precision fmic, rossler th400, 9", etc...

That was the very first pass on any boost above 13psi. Got one pass and then got the boot for no 10 point. Gonna work on getting the car cert'd over the winter and giving it a little more power.

The DA on that pass was 7500 feet. :eek2:

Me too....your car was my de-virginization in the LS1 world. Hell, you were practically a legend because of those videos....I remember drooling over them and showing all my friends and saying someday I'd have something insane like that. Thanks guys. I haven't weighed my car, but it has to weigh over 3700lbs. Prolly close to 4000 with me in it. The only things I have removed are the ac/heat, ps, abs, airbags, and the bumper supports. But the fmic is heavier than the front bumper support lol. And a parachute mount is on the way for the rear. With the 9", th400, iron block, and turbo kit.....it's a heavy bitch. I will be adding some boost this year and working on getting the suspension set up better. Hoping for 150+

Sorry I haven't been on a computer in a while. The 9 second pass was on c16, no meth. On pump gas and 13lbs it goes 10.20@136. I really think once the suspension and boost are dialed in it will go somewhere in the 9.3x-9.4x range up here in Albuquerque, on 20-23lbs and c16.

Coming from your nitrous days to the turbo world, would you do it over again or stay on juice?
