what kind of power do you think this turbo motor will make?
i am doing a turbo conversion on my lt1.
motor made 400rwhp/400 rwtq at 6300 rpms, on a 242/248 xfi cam. rev limiter set at 6300
motor is a fully forged 383. 10.5-1 compression.
gm lt4 heads, home ported/gasket matched.
single plane victor jr inake, and a blow thru carb. (replaces a lt4 ported intake and 58 mm throttle body)
put the stock cam back in.
home made front mount gt4294 turbo kit. headers, dual 3 inch piping to t6 flange, 5 inch down pipe exiting behind front tire.
no intercooler (blow thru)
water/meth injection
93 octane
i am hoping for a minimum of 550 rwhp going for max effort.
do you guys think i am anywhere close with my estimates?

What're the stock cam specs? 550rwhp IMO is doable in that setup but without an IC I worry about your high CR. Even with the meth. You're going to need 8-10# to hit those numbers. Should be fun.

from my understanding, blow-thru set-ups do not need to be intercooled at all.
