black car has bad swirls what is the best way besides painting the car to tone down the swirls? looks like the previous owners washed her with sandpaper...
also i have a few stone chips in the front end like she followed a gravel truck on a 100 mile trip

get you some rubbing compound and swirl remover. and work it in the paint as much as you can. its alot of threads on this. try a search. its usually a detailed guide on how to get swirls out
