Default First Video Of My V

I will be posting some more in the next week or so. This is the first one we have done so we kinda lost focus on the V.

Did you watch any of that video?

Umm how about the total lack of common sense behind the wheel of a car? Should I have gone with a lower age? Who drives like that down a residential street? WTH is wrong with you people?

I'm guessing it's not 65. He's shifting at WOT into 3rd gear! On a residential street.

Calm down grandpa. Being that I am 16 means my reactions are that much faster than yours. I would say driving 65mph in the V is comparable to someone driving there 1985 pickup down the same street at 35mph. Speed limit is 35.

I'm 33. You're a schoolzone short of excellence there. And you're comparison only reinforces my point of your ignorance.

I was doing 89mph in the 1/8th and that was just into 3rd gear.

So you are saying that a 1985 pickup going 35 and the V going 35 is the same? I guarantee you that the V will stop from 65 in a very comparable amount of time as many others cars will from 35.

Also, I was not shifting at redline. I was shifting about 1000 short of it.

You make me ashamed to be a Cowboys fan.

And a V owner.

Listen Andretti, I'm fully aware of what a V can and can't do, I tend to race mine legally. Blasting down a 35mph neighborhood street at 70+mph, is not defensible. You epiphany of comparing a V to a Chevy truck only demonstrates your lack of comprehension. At this point I understand what my dad must have went through when I was 16 and knew it all.

a 1985 pickup going 35 hitting a child jumping from behind a parked car and a v going 35 hitting a child are bothing hitting the child if you dont see him/her. also stopping distance and reaction time are not the same and need to be added to understand how a car stops in a surprise situation.

LOL great justification chief... I honestly feel you have the intelligence level of my left nut.

I'd love to see you driving in my neighborhood like that; I assure you that you would need some new runflats.

I agree it is not a great place to be speeding. I was extremely happy to have my car back on the ground and I didn't really think about what I was doing. I have deleted the video and I will take all future videos out of the city or at a track. Sorry for all I offended.
